Here are the parts after the urethane pour. The tape "failed" on two of the parts, and hard urethane leaked to the corner on two of the molds:

Trajectory for the soft urethane. In "v1" I discovered that the hard urethane is considerably less nice to machine than the machinable wax (which is beautiful). So, the cutting here is very conservative (0.50 mm depth cuts, with 0.1 mm side and bottom finish):

The concept here is to bring the flexible arm together with the fiber embedding structure, i.e. bring "v1" and "v2" parts together:
